If you have an URGENT need, we will do our very best to accommodate you but please understand that most of us have families and need to find our "zen", hence URGENT projects incur a 50% surcharge. We are sure you agree that our translators' sacrifice of a night's sleep or a weekend spend in front of a screen to do your URGENT translation is worthy of the extra compensation.
INDUSTRY JARGON&TERMINOLOGY
Content with industry jargon and terminology or any content requiring familiarity in a particular field or profession may incur additional costs, as we need to do the necessary research to make sure we use correct field-specific jargon. This requires extra time. Similarly, we need to have additional charging if you provide content for translation embedded in code such as HTML, JSON and PO.
